These terms describe how the Losevi LLC online store works.

Payment

Orders are paid online by card (Visa/Mastercard) through Flitt's secure, encrypted checkout page. We never see or store your card details.

Business purchases

Buying as a business requires your company's identification code, used for invoicing. We don't collect a personal ID number for an ordinary (non-business) purchase.

Delivery

Delivery is free within Tbilisi; a delivery fee applies outside the city. Orders typically ship the next business day.

Returns & refunds

Under Georgian consumer protection law, you may return an unopened, unused product within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Every lamp and accessory also carries a 30-day warranty.
